As we look forward to the return of rugby in the south west, this week we had further reason for excitement as the new club captain was announced. 

Congratulations go to Mervyn Flindall!

After a closely run contest, the team decided to select Mervyn as the new captain ahead of the 2021/22. He has expressed his thanks to the team, as well as saying how much of an honour it was to be selected to lead them in the new season.

We are all looking forward to the new season under his leadership, and hope that normality will resume soon.
