TIGERS GO DOWN TO SCHOOL OF MINES

 

 

St. Just travelled to Penryn yesterday looking to avenge a poor performance against Redruth Albany the previous week, but their opponents were a young, well drilled Camborne School of Mines outfit. From the kick off, it was clear that the School of Mines gameplan was to run the ball, sucking St. Just players in at breakdowns before spinning the ball wide with numbers on the overlap.

The Tigers battled valiantly during a physical game, but ultimately came away with nothing. Fly half Simon Barnes kicked three penalties for the vistors between tries from School.
